Novaris AI brings advanced conversational and agentic AI into your own environment. NovaSoft configures the platform on site, connects approved systems and tailors it to the way your organisation works. It is designed for teams that want capable AI without sending their internal conversations and knowledge into a public AI service.

Included with Novaris AI

  • Access for 50–100 employees under one annual organisational licence.
  • Novaris Chat, a familiar private chat experience for questions, drafting, research and internal assistance.
  • NovaBot, an agentic layer that can plan multi-step work, use approved tools, run repeatable workflows, monitor tasks and return results for staff review.
  • Organisation-aware assistance tailored to approved documentation, policies, terminology, processes and knowledge sources.
  • NovaSoft integrations with compatible NovaSoft products, including NovaSoft CRM deployments.
  • Office-system integration for approved services and compatible infrastructure such as UniFi environments, scoped during deployment.
  • On-site setup by NovaSoft, including initial software configuration, integration planning and staff rollout. Hardware is not included.

What NovaBot can help automate

Depending on the systems and permissions selected during deployment, NovaBot can coordinate routine service tasks, search internal knowledge, prepare summaries, draft communications, update connected NovaSoft records, monitor workflows and guide employees through multi-step processes. Sensitive or consequential actions can be designed around human review and approval.

Local by design

The AI platform runs in the customer’s approved local environment. Organisational chat content is not collected by NovaSoft as part of a public hosted AI service. Exact infrastructure, backup, security, access-control and retention settings are agreed during the deployment assessment.

Pricing and availability

$8,500 per year including GST. This covers the Novaris AI organisational licence for 50–100 users. It does not include server hardware.

Optional server hosting: an additional $2,500 per year including GST. Organisations that do not want to supply their own suitable server can add NovaSoft’s server-hosting model to their deployment. Suitability, capacity and hosting arrangements are confirmed during the deployment consultation.

Unusual integrations, travel outside the standard service area and additional implementation work may require a separate written quote.

Novaris AI is not offered as a public self-service download. Request a deployment consultation so NovaSoft can confirm suitability, infrastructure requirements and the implementation scope before an agreement is made.
